Interior Designer Rita Chraibi designed a masterpiece at 135 Palm Avenue, a prestigious waterfront home located at Miami Beach. The notable $30 million property overlooks Biscayne Bay and is located on Palm Island in Miami Beach. The sprawling 15,731-square-foot villa features eight bathrooms and three powder rooms across two floors of open space. Rita Chraibi designed this prestigious home with her unique and unprecedented signature style.
Rita designed the interior of Monad Terrace to perfectly complement the exterior and landscape architecture of Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel. She was recognized for her outstanding work on this project in 2021, winning the Best Design from America award at the Muse Design Awards and the SBID Awards in the UK. In 2022, she was also awarded The A’Design Award & Competition—The International Worldwide Award in the United Kingdom.

Rita Chraibi is collaborating with FENDI to design an 8000 sqft penthouse in Arte Surfside, Miami Beach. The Penthouse is expected to be completed by November 2024. Rita is well-known for her exceptional craftsmanship from France and Italy, particularly in millwork and design. Through Fendi Penthouse, Rita Chraibi will establish a new standard of excellence and creativity in luxury interior design. Her concept for this penthouse is to push the boundaries of excellence to the extreme by leveraging her interiors, blending their trademark styles to create a luxurious and unique space that shows expertise and collaborates with the Fendi brand. Rita Chraibi will create a masterpiece using her exceptional skills and design expertise. The result will be an outstanding showcase of luxury interior design.
Rita Chraibi designed the most significant oceanfront property in Miami, a first in the residential real estate industry.
